Started as a small software firm in Siddipet with one mission: build real, working products — not just pretty mockups. The founding belief was simple — technology should remove hassle, not create it.

Built a complete food delivery ecosystem from scratch for small-tier cities in Telangana. The platform covered every role in the delivery chain — customers, restaurants, drivers and back-office operations. Started with Angular and Ionic, then upgraded to Angular 9 and React as the platform matured. Operations ran with a dedicated on-ground team while the IT team kept building.

A UAE-based logistics client needed an on-premises courier management solution. We built a full Windows desktop application in VB.NET, then extended it with a web portal for customer logins and a driver app — supporting both Arabic and English throughout.

Helped a client rescue an existing Ionic/Cordova import-export services app that had fallen behind on versions and broken on modern devices. We upgraded the app to the latest Ionic version, fixed all Cordova plugin compatibility issues and got it back on the stores.

Worked hands-on with a UAE-based company through an intensive R&D engagement spanning three countries. The first workstream covered Saudi Arabia and Egypt government tax portals — researching e-invoicing mandates, understanding submission formats and helping integrate invoice generation directly into their systems for compliant delivery to each country’s government portal. The second workstream was deep VB.NET development on their in-house ERP built for the concrete mixing industry, a platform serving clients across the Middle East with production scheduling, batch tracking and delivery management.

Collaborated with US-based developers on two AI-powered applications. Ailo is a multilingual hypermart shopping assistant — it helps shoppers navigate a store, find products and discover offers using Gemini AI. Separately, we built an intelligent inventory management system with AI-assisted stock tracking, staff shift scheduling, automated vacancy alerts and calendar-based availability management for multi-store owners.

A large-scale transportation system for Saudi Arabia to manage daily commutes for university and school students. Phase 1 delivered core routing and student management. Phase 2 (active) adds real-time tracking, WhatsApp integration, driver coordination and dynamic scheduling. The system serves a mix of government institutions and private education providers.

Our biggest product bet: a completely free POS and ordering platform targeting every restaurant in India. Restaurants get billing, kitchen order management, WhatsApp-based customer relationship tools, and a customer-facing ordering app — without paying any platform commission. The goal is to be the one-stop shop for both restaurants and their customers, discover local food by location, not by algorithm.
