If you want to delete your Student Transportation account and associated data, please send a request to:

Data deleted

• Parent/user name
• Registered phone number
• Student/passenger profile details
• Pickup/drop and subscription details linked to the account

Data retained

Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, billing, or regulatory purposes.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7 to 30 business days.
